Occupational Therapist

Holland Connections is a pediatric Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology provider. Holland Connections serves pediatric clients at our outpatient locations, pediatric clients enrolled at Holland Center, and adults enrolled at Holland Life. Holland Connections is currently seeking an energetic and reliable part-time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for our outpatient location in Rogers. Looking for coverage in the afternoon/evening hours. Position Details:

Potential candidates will be responsible for evaluation, intervention planning and treatment for children and young adults with various diagnoses.

Responsibilities will include:

Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations as necessary Make appropriate recommendations for therapy frequency and intensity Complete all documentation, including initial evaluation reports, treatment plans, daily treatment notes, and discharge reports Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration Conduct training with caregivers to ensure generalization of skills across environments Maintain MN Department of Health Licensure and NBCOT Certification Education and Qualifications Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy NBCOT Certification Licensed by the

MN Department of Health Experience:

Prior pediatric experience preferred but not necessary

Skills:

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team of professionals Ability to empathize with parental concerns and provide suggestions for therapy skills carryover at home Ability to plan, organize and manage time efficiently

Job Type:

Part-time Pay:

$72,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
