Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Establish, monitor, and track project milestones and performance standards to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Collaboration:

Work closely with General Foreman to effectively organize and allocate field staff, ensuring that teams are performing to their fullest potential.

Scheduling & Budgeting:

Create and manage comprehensive project schedules and budgets. Track Earned Value and ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and timeline.

Cost Management:

Manage pay applications, rental equipment, and income/expenses, ensuring the project stays on track financially while maintaining schedule.

Estimation & Forecasting:

Accurately estimate costs at key project milestones and final completion to ensure profitability.

Procurement:

Coordinate with team members to procure labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts in a timely and efficient manner.

Client Relations:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to promote collaboration and the company's best interests.

Problem-Solving:

Provide creative, outside-the-box solutions to on-site challenges, offering value engineering to clients that enhances project efficiency and results.

Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of proven success in the electrical industry, with hands-on experience in project management for industrial and institutional projects.

Leadership Skills:

Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Project Management Expertise:

Proficient in tracking budgets, timelines, resources, and project milestones.

Problem-Solving:

Demonstrated ability to resolve complex project challenges with innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Self-Motivated:

A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering results.
