Electronic Service Specialist

Job Summary:

Follows established operating procedures and guidelines and stays current on technology upgrades and new program releases. Is responsible for maintaining secure work environment. All Information Technology personnel are required to participate in on-going training and system education, both on and off premises. Principal Duties /

Expectations:

Process daily and nightly data processing system workflow in a timely and accurate manner within procedural guidelines. Produces and distributes daily system reports. General office duties include log maintenance, filing documents, debit card processing and chargebacks, item processing, ACH origination and account reconciliation. Follow policies and procedures as required. Generates logical solutions for dealing with problems or unexpected occurrences. Primary customer service contact for bookkeeping, Debit Cards, internet and mobile banking questions. Primary employee contact for password resets, user unlocks. Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

High school diploma or equivalency, preferable twelve months or more of computer training/on the job experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
