Job Description

Altru Hospital Devils Lake is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for ongoing locum tenens coverage during a transitional staffing period. Strong preference for providers available for night shifts .
Coverage Dates Orientation:
May 1, 2026 Night Shifts (7PM-7AM): July 2-5, 2026 July 15-18, 2026 August 1-10, 2026
Assignment Details Schedule:
12-hour day or night shifts

Newly remodeled 8-bed Emergency Department within a
Critical Access Hospital Patient Volume:
Average daily census of 20+ patients with varying acuity levels Compensation $200/hour Support Staff Providers will work alongside: Experienced ER RNs 24/7 Radiology staff Lab technicians Hospitalist support for admissions (in-house/on-call)
Provider Requirements Board Certified Required Certifications:
ATLS ACLS PALS NRP
