Job Description Responsibilities:
Lead engineering teams responsible for product design and testing. Improve engineering execution, product quality, and manufacturing support. Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to support production goals. Support customer-facing technical discussions and new business opportunities. Develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of accountability and performance. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Progressive engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong background in electromechanical product development and production support. Experience leading engineering teams through new product introduction and manufacturing scale-up.
