$70K-$80K Maximum Job Description We are seeking an experienced Flight Test Engineering Planner with a strong background in aerostructures, manufacturing processes, and process planning. The ideal candidate will have experience developing planning documentation, supporting fabrication/assembly activities, and integrating engineering changes into manufacturing plans. Flight test experience and OEM experience are highly preferred. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process planning, process planning, or planning documentation 5+ years of manufacturing experience in fabrication, assembly, or installation Experience creating and maintaining visual and written work instructions Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes Ability to interpret engineering documentation and incorporate design changes into planning Aerostructures experience preferred Flight test experience preferred OEM experience is an added advantage Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred Key Responsibilities Develop installation, assembly, and fabrication planning to support flight test activities. Create accurate work instructions and planning documentation. Develop and maintain build sequences and manufacturing plans. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing flow, reduce rework, and improve efficiency. Review engineering changes and incorporate applicable updates into planning documentation. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams. Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions. Update work instructions based on quality findings and process improvements. Continuously improve planning processes based on feedback and lessons learned. Work Environment 100% onsite in Greensboro, NC Work may involve both office and aircraft/production environments. Role may require standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and other physical activities. Occasional overtime or off-shift support may be required.

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
