Job Description We are seeking an experienced Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Commercial Originator to lead the development, negotiation, and execution of commercial transactions within the North American renewable fuels market. This individual will be responsible for maximizing the value of an RNG asset portfolio through strategic sales, long-term commercial agreements, environmental attribute monetization, and market optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep renewable fuels market expertise with strong commercial instincts, an established industry network, and the ability to structure complex transactions in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. Skills and Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Energy Management, Finance, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in energy origination, renewable fuels, environmental commodities, natural gas marketing, or related commercial roles. Proven history of originating and executing commercial transactions within the energy or environmental markets. Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in RNG, biofuels, renewable fuels, environmental commodities, or carbon markets. Existing network of industry buyers and fuel market participants. Experience with environmental attribute markets, including RINs and LCFS programs. Familiarity with renewable fuel compliance structures and certification programs.
