- Position Summary
- Caris Life Sciences serves hundreds of thousands of molecular cases a year and continues to grow at double-digit rates.
Location:
Irving, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth), on-site/hybrid, minimum three days per week on campus; co-located with Caris's laboratory and clinical operations.- Job Responsibilities
- + Design, build, test, and maintain identity-resolution and MDM services for patient and provider data.
Work AI-first:
use AI coding assistants and agentic workflows as daily practice across design, implementation, and test generation, with peer and engineering review as the quality gate.- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Experience in healthcare, clinical laboratory, diagnostics, or life sciences software environments.
- Physical Demands
- + Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.

- + This role may require periodic travel to other Caris sites or partner locations. After-hours response to critical patient-identity or clinical-data issues and participation in periodic scheduled on-call rotations may be required.
