These principles are the foundation of McWane, Inc. and serve as a compass, offering personal guidance to navigate daily work situations. Job DescriptionOverviewResponsible for creation and maintenance of part models, drawings, and attributes across PLM and ERP systems.

ResponsibilitiesManage ECN process for current and development products across Autodesk Vault and Microsoft D365 platforms.

Modify part models using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.Create and update part drawings and labels using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.Create and manage Bills of Material.

Update and maintain user manuals for new and existing products.

Support requests from Sales/Marketing for reference or advertisement materials.

Create rendered images using Autodesk 3ds MAX software or Autodesk Inventor.

Create technical documents and instruction literature.

Administer Autodesk licenses for the company and liaise with software providers as needed.

High degree of attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and self-directed, energetic, dependable, and thorough, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.

Ability to prioritize tasks and complete timely.

Ability to communicate well cross-functionally using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

QualificationsRequiredAssociate degree in drafting, CAD, engineering technology OR relevant experienceKnowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processesStrong math and technical drawing skillsPreferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk Design Suite, and Microsoft D365Proficiency in GD&TWorking ConditionsThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and may involve exposure to moderate noise levels.

While conducting R & D efforts, this position may involve working with hazardous materials, and environmental changes (heat/cold).Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job. Employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
