We are seeking a detail-oriented SolidWorks Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating and modifying detailed mechanical drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working closely with engineers, fabricators, and production teams to turn concepts and designs into accurate, manufacturable drawings.

SolidWorks Drafter Responsibilities:

Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks Prepare detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings Develop assemblies, parts, and exploded views Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design requirements Make drawing revisions and maintain accurate revision history Apply GD&T, dimensions, tolerances, and drafting standards as required Work with engineering and production teams to resolve drawing issues Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability Maintain organized CAD files and documentation Assist with design changes and engineering change orders Perform other drafting and design duties as needed

SolidWorks Drafter Qualifications:

1-3+ years of experience with SolidWorks or mechanical CAD drafting Strong knowledge of SolidWorks 3D modeling and assemblies Ability to create detailed 2D manufacturing drawings Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Understanding of basic mechanical design and manufacturing processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines If qualified for the SolidWorks Drafter position, please submit your resume to this posting for immediate consideration and/or interview.
