As a family-owned and growing company with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of CAD/CAM design experience and a great work ethic. Must be knowledgeable of 3Shape / Exocad scanning and design software and able to trouble shoot problems with individual cases. Must be experienced in all phases of removable appliances fabrication, processing and finishing. Must have experience working with and processing various digital scans and modeless cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Design cases according to Doctors' prescription requests using 3Shape CAD/CAM software
Full & Partial Fabrication:
Perform start-to-end production of prosthetics, including denture teeth set-up, wax, process, and finish Utilize CAD/CAM scanning and design software to create high-precision digital dentures and frameworks Use strong communication skills to engage in problem-solving and treatment planning directly with dentists to ensure successful case outcomes. Ensure cases move accurately through the lab, confirming that final results match doctor prescriptions.
Skills/Qualifications:
CAD/CAM Scanning/Design Experience (3Shape, Exocad) Knowledge of all phases of removable appliances fabrication, processing and finishing including but not limited to: Valplast, nightguards, snore appliances Knowledge of dental terminology Familiarity with dental lab equipment and materials Ablilty to closely follow dentist instructions and able to produce quality work
