In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and 3D models that translate conceptual ideas into detailed construction documents. Your expertise in CAD software tools will play a vital role in ensuring project accuracy and planning efficiency. Duties Develop detailed 2D drawings and schematics using AutoCAD Prepare comprehensive construction detail documentation that adheres to building codes and project specifications. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to model system designs and create digital schematic layouts Assist in reviewing design drafts for accuracy, consistency, and clarity, ensuring high-quality deliverables for construction teams. Operate drafting printer. Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD. Be able to manage drafting of multiple concurrent projects. Knowledge of construction detail documentation processes and construction experience is preferred but not required. Ability to produce clear schematics, system designs, and technical drawings that communicate complex concepts effectively. We offer end-of-the-year profit-sharing bonuses and SEP IRA. We have 2 weeks of paid time off per year and 1 week of sick leave. This role is eligible for flexible hours after training period has expired. Training hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with a half hour lunch.

Pay:
