D Technician Location:

Portland, CT Job Type:

Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD / Civil 3D Technician to support civil engineering and utility infrastructure projects. This role will focus on preparing accurate design drawings, construction plans, and as-built/record drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D . Required Qualifications 5+ years of CAD drafting/design experience in a civil engineering environment. Mandatory hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Understanding of civil design principles, survey data, coordinate systems, and projections. Experience preparing construction plans and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
