The Drafter/Designer will play a critical role in the design and development process. The Drafter/Designer will create precise technical drawings and plans, utilizing industry-standard software like Inventor and AutoCAD. This position will work closely with production, engineering, scheduling, and purchasing. We are looking to add a professional with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and diverse drafting and design experience. Key Responsibilities Create and revise detailed manufacturing drawings using CAD Software Managing engineering drawings and data in Inventor Vault environment Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and version control Collaborate with engineers and team members to clarify design requirements and resolve design issues Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and drafting standards Must be able to multi-task and handle several projects in a fast-paced environment, attention to details is critical Revise existing drawings based on feedback from the design team Assist with design modifications throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Drafting, Design, Engineering Technology, or related field 5 years experience in CAD software such as Inventor, AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar Strong understanding of drafting standards, technical documentation, and revision control Familiarity with GD&T principles and manufacturing tolerances Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail High Competency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

From $55,000.00 per year
