Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Mazak CNC machinery and a keen eye for detail. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, setting up machines, and ensuring precision in the manufacturing process. The CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. Responsibilities Operate Mazak CNC machines, including milling machines and lathes, to produce precision parts. Interpret and analyze CAD drawings to determine machining specifications. Set up and calibrate machines for optimal performance and accuracy. Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product quality. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proficiency in CNC machining techniques and operations. Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting designs. Strong understanding of basic math concepts for measurements and calculations. Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
