Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise, detailed technical drawings and 3D models that bring concepts to life across various projects. Your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software will drive the development of construction plans, interior layouts, mechanical systems, and graphic presentations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse design initiatives, ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage of the process. Duties Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate concepts into comprehensive schematics and system designs. Create precise drafting documents for construction, interior design, mechanical systems, and graphic projects. Utilize SketchUp, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, and 3ds Max to produce realistic visualizations and animations. Prepare technical documentation including schematics, system layouts, and construction drawings adhering to project specifications. Review and revise designs based on feedback to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements. Support project teams by providing detailed drawings that facilitate seamless construction and manufacturing processes. Skills Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, Bluebeam. Strong understanding of drafting principles and construction documentation standards. Experience with system design for mechanical or electrical projects is a plus. Knowledge of interior design concepts and graphic design principles. Ability to create accurate schematics and technical drawings in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with 2D animation techniques for presentation purposes. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Pay:
$21.00 - $31.52 per hour
