Contract Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr based on experience

Seeking a SolidWorks Drafter Designer to support an engineering team on a 1+ year contract assignment. The designer will create and modify 3D models, detailed drawings, assemblies, and BOMs using SolidWorks, while working closely with engineers and other designers to support product development and engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
Create and revise 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings in SolidWorksDevelop and update BOMs and engineering documentationAssist engineers with design changes and product developmentReview drawings for accuracy and manufacturabilityCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
Qualifications:
1-3 years of SolidWorks design experience preferredStrong understanding of mechanical drawings and GD&TAssociate's degree or technical education in Mechanical Design/Engineering preferredAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environmentManufacturing or packaging equipment experience is a plus Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
