CAD Operator

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CAD Operator to join our innovative design and engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating precise technical drawings, 3D models, and schematic diagrams that bring project visions to life. Your expertise will support various phases of construction, interior design, mechanical systems, and system design projects. Duties Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, ArchiCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D. Create accurate schematics, system layouts, and construction documents aligned with project specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to refine designs and ensure technical accuracy. Prepare detailed drawings for interior design, mechanical systems, structural components, and graphic design elements. Review project plans and blueprints using Bluebeam for markups and revisions. Support the drafting process by maintaining organized files, version control, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Experience Proven experience working as a CAD Operator or Draftsman in construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Strong knowledge of schematic development, system design principles, and construction documentation processes. Experience with graphic design tools and 2D animation is a plus for creating engaging visual content. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately while adhering to project deadlines. Prior exposure to interior design or mechanical design projects will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills combined with a keen eye for detail ensure high-quality deliverables.
