C.L. Rieckhoff Co. is seeking applicants for the position of a CAD drafter/detailer for mechanical and/or sheet metal components.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Produce and revise accurate and detailed drawings of new and existing mechanical/structural components for shop fabrication utilizing AutoCAD and other computer software. Review work for completeness, accuracy and consistency prior to release. Work from written and verbal instructions/supervision on drafting and design tasks. Maintain organized electronic and hard copy files. Maintain a desirable work area. Regular and predictable attendance.

Qualifications:

AutoCAD software proficiency with experience in 3D. Practical knowledge of MS applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Experience in an engineering environment preferred. Metal fabrication with welding and structural knowledge a plus. C.L.
