2020 Designer/Drafter

Regent Cabinets is searching for a 2020 Designer/Drafter. This is an entry-level role, that offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the Cabinet Industry. As a 2020 Designer/Drafter, you will create shop drawings using the 2020 Design software. This will involve drafting layouts of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. This will include reading blueprints of multi-family building projects and extracting information to be used for existing layouts on the blueprints. You will be reviewing blueprints of kitchens and vanities to create drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

o Utilize 2020 Design software to create detailed and accurate shop drawings of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. o Familiarity with blueprints and the ability to extract relevant information. o Collaborate effectively with internal teams to gather requirements for seamless project execution.

Job Qualifications:

o Proven experience using 2020 Design software for cabinet drafting. o Proficient in using computers and technology. o Basic Microsoft Office knowledge o Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Ability to work effectively under deadlines. o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Reliable and dependable. o Dedicated and committed. o Positive and can-do attitude. o Willingness and eagerness to learn new concepts and skills. o Kitchen design experience at a home center (Lowes, Home Depot, or similar) or a kitchen and bath dealer/manufacturer required.

Education/Experience Requirements:
