Under supervision, prepares design drawings of moderate to difficult complexity based on verbal instructions, sketches, and/or formal documents. Responsibilities- Prepares floor plans, site plans, equipment and component design drawings and other drawings for construction and remodel projects using computer aided drafting techniques.
- Utilizes latest versions of Revit and AutoCAD software and maintains current knowledge of CAD technology principles and applications.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Certificate of Competency in Drafting preferred.
- AutoCAD, Revit and BIM experience preferred.
- Advanced computer knowledge and skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency using Microsoft tools including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Working Conditions:
- Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as outside temperatures, dirt, dust, and/or noises.
