Responsibilities Assist in developing detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Blue Beam. Support the creation of schematic designs, construction details, and system layouts aligned with project specifications and building codes. Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and maintaining the office environment efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and Blue Beam. Experience with 3D CAD modeling. Knowledge of construction detail documentation and building code compliance standards. Strong drafting skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
