A mechanical fabrication shop located in Oxford, PA is seeking a CAD Drafter/Project Manager to join their team. This position will support project planning and coordination in a mechanical and fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will help gather field/shop data, assist with material tracking, generate takeoffs, and support drafting and documentation needs. This is a hands-on support role they are not looking for someone to sit behind a desk all day, but someone comfortable bouncing between the office and shop to gather info and support the crews.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a project support, drafting, or coordination role (mechanical, fabrication, or industrial); Strong organizational skills able to manage paperwork, material lists, job folders, and support field teams; Experience with drafting software (SolidWorks, or similar) able to create/mod basic shop drawings; Comfortable walking the shop floor, talking to welders and technicians, and gathering job-related details; Familiar with mechanical drawings, fabrication takeoffs, and material callouts; Good written and verbal communication skills; Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. #IND
