This position is 100% in-office and not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangementsWhat You'll Do:
Lead the design process for commercial and residential projects—from early concepts through to permit-ready construction documents. Manage your own client projects, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and administrative staff. Research materials, codes, and regulations to ensure full compliance. Maintain and refine CAD files and structural drawings for use in ongoing design. Independently create and refine standard details as needed. Help improve systems and processes as the company grows—your voice matters here.What We're Looking For:
Mandatory:
3+ years of hands-on AutoCAD experience in architecture, drafting, or design Solid grasp of construction techniques, materials, and building code standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Strong communication and organization skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field (preferred) Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (required daily) Entrepreneurial mindset: You want to own your work and see the impactEntrepreneurial Mindset We're Looking For:
