W‑2 About Us We are a high‑end custom cabinetry shop producing kitchens, baths, built‑ins, and specialty millwork. We're looking for a detail‑driven CAD Drafter with 3-5 years of experience specifically in kitchen cabinet drafting . This role is fully on‑site and works closely with our engineering and production teams. What You'll Do Create accurate cabinet drawings and shop documents, drafting kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and custom built‑ins Create and manage a drawing tracking system to ensure all parties are current on drawings. Interpret architectural plans and convert them into build‑ready drawings Visit job sites 1-2 times per week to verify dimensions Collaborate with engineering, CNC, and production teams Learn and use Mozaik (training provided). The goal is to transition to 100% Mozaik drawings within 3 months. Requirements 3-5 years of experience drafting residential cabinetry. Proficiency in Mozaik, AutoCAD, or similar CAD/cabinetry software Strong understanding of cabinet construction techniques and hardware Ability to read architectural plans and perform accurate field measurements Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced shop environment
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
