CAD Designer Bring your CAD skills to a team where your designs make a real impact! We're looking for a skilled CAD Designer to join our Engineering team and help transform customer designs into manufacturable products. In this role, you'll create and modify 3D models and production drawings, support design-for-manufacturability initiatives, and work with customers and internal teams to bring projects from concept to production. What You'll Do Create, modify, and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D production drawings Interpret customer CAD models and make modifications for manufacturability and cost improvement Develop accurate flat-pattern and formed-view drawings Support engineering changes, revisions, BOMs, and release processes Troubleshoot drawing and design issues related to manufacturing Partner with customers and internal teams to maintain accurate models and revisions Participate in new product and NRE projects, including design and DFM implementation What We're Looking For Associate degree in Mechanical Design, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of hands-on mechanical CAD drafting and 3D modeling experience Strong core drafting skills are essential. Candidates must be able to create, read, interpret, modify, and dimension engineering drawings 3-5 years of experience with Pro/E and/or SolidWorks, with certification in either platform Revit modeling experience is strongly preferred and will be an important consideration when evaluating candidates Sheet metal design experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office
