Davy Engineering Co. is seeking an experienced Civil CAD Technician to join our team. Davy Engineering Co. is a civil engineering consulting firm providing professional design services primarily to municipal clients throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Our primary areas of expertise include wastewater treatment and water supply and treatment, along with sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, and local street design and improvement projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and enjoys collaborating with engineers and project managers. Key Responsibilities Prepare, draft, revise, and maintain civil engineering plans and designs using CAD software. Collaborate with project managers and project engineers throughout all phases of a project. Prepare accurate, professional client and project deliverables. Organize and prioritize assignments to meet project schedules and deadlines. Communicate project progress and provide timely updates to project teams. Assist with project data management, documentation, and organization. Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and files. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in CAD, engineering technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience working in the civil engineering field. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit. Working knowledge of civil engineering and construction principles and practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
