Full Job Description CAD Technician II Locations:

Milwaukee, WI Employment Type:

Full-time, not contract

Work Setup & Travel :

Onsite 5 days a week; Time-and-a-half after 40 hours, with overtime capped at 50 hours. As a CAD Technician II , your key responsibility will be to work with our team of highly skilled in-house engineers, using our CAD standards, to create engineered drawing submittals for design/build earth retaining structures and deep foundations. Drawing submittals typically consist of civil/structural plan view overlays, profile views, section views, and structural connection details developed in the Autodesk AutoCAD 2D environment. Occasional development of 3D models to better understand potential design restraints and conflicts may also be required. Why you? You believe that individual commitment to a group effort is key to success What it takes? 3-8 years of experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (required) Civil 3D and/or Revit is desirable rather than essential Experience supporting engineers with drawings for earth retaining structures and deep foundations Plan overlays, profiles, sections and structural connection details, with some occasional 3D modelling A valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record Why Join Us?
