Job Location:

In person at the Rosendale Office Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of experience with AutoCAD 2D and Revit Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of building materials and standard dimensions Strong attention to detail and math skills Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to make design adjustments quickly and accurately General knowledge of blueprint plotters General knowledge of the construction industry Ability to communicate effectively with Project Managers and Designers What You'll Do In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Developing design plans Developing construction plans Revising plans based on customer selections Preparing project plans based on project specifications and notes Working closely with Project Managers and Designers throughout the design process The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow professionally. A strong candidate will also have the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with team members, and adapt to changing project needs.
