12-Hour Shifts | Saturday & Sunday First & Second Shift Openings Moldworx LLC is seeking experienced Injection Molding Process Technicians to join our growing medical device manufacturing team in Chandler, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced processor looking to work 24 hours per weekend while supporting advanced injection molding, automation, and cleanroom manufacturing. Responsibilities Start up, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding processes Support automated manufacturing cells Perform process adjustments and mold changes Reduce scrap and improve process efficiency Troubleshoot molding, tooling, material, and automation issues Work closely with Production, Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance Maintain process documentation and quality standards Qualifications 3+ years of injection molding process technician experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with engineering-grade resins Scientific molding experience preferred Medical manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Moldworx?
