You will play a crucial role in creating system solutions that address the evolving needs of our customers, engaging in every aspect of the systems lifecycle from business development to product end of life. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct requirement analysis and decomposition for avionics systems. Design and architect systems solutions that align with customer needs. Engage in model-based systems development and integration activities. Perform systems validation and verification to ensure compliance with regulations. Interact with customers to gather feedback and requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering, science, or technology). 4 years of experience in flight controls or other avionics or engineering programs.
WE VALUE
Experience with all aspects of automatic flight controls systems. General avionics experience and knowledge. Familiarity with the systems or software development lifecycle. Aerospace Engineering majors. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt as program needs dictate. Effective communication skills.
