  • 6:00 PM 【Hiring Style】Full-time / Direct Hire Responsibilities Prototype, optimize, and troubleshoot precision processes in device grinding or singulation, delivering processes that integrate into semiconductor fabrication flows.
Design and perform grinding or singulation experiments for materials such as semiconductor wafers, electronic packages, or medical device components based on client input. Analyze equipment instrumentation, draw data-driven conclusions, perform Root Cause Analyses on defects, and deliver concise technical reports and operating procedures. Serve as a technical consulting resource for customers to understand overall fabrication integration, process controls, and product roadmaps. Prototype new equipment hardware or software components for internal evaluation. Participate in corporate continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Industrial, etc.), Physical Sciences, Industrial Operations, or equivalent relevant experience is required Experience or coursework in materials science, solid-state physics, or semiconductor wafer fab processing is required Strong technical writing, business communication, and presentation skills are required Proficiency with Windows PC and basic computer programming is required Ability to perform statistical analysis is required Ability to stand, move, bend, stoop, lift/carry at least 30 lbs, and work in a lab/cleanroom environment wearing personal protective gear is required High-level software or programming skills (C, C++, C#, SQL, Python) or CAD experience is preferred Japanese language proficiency is preferred
