This role is ideal for candidates with a background in 3D modeling and human factors engineering , supporting systems integration activities for advanced military aircraft platforms. The selected candidate will work within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to apply human performance principles, biomechanics, and advanced 3D modeling tools to develop human-centric design solutions. This includes creating anthropometrically accurate digital human models and evaluating cockpit and cabin environments for optimal fit, reach, visibility, and ergonomics. Key Responsibilities Develop and interpret human engineering requirements for aircraft systems. Create and analyze 3D models using tools such as 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), CATIA , or equivalent platforms. Perform anthropometric and ergonomic analysis to ensure proper human-system integration. Generate digital human models to evaluate reach, visibility, and accessibility within cockpit and cabin environments. Support hardware design and integration activities aligned with human factors principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, design, and test. Provide support for test, verification, and validation activities . Contribute to the development of next-generation flight deck and cabin concepts . Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or a related discipline. Experience with 3D modeling tools such as
CATIA, 3DX
(3DEXPERIENCE), or equivalent platforms . Foundational knowledge of human factors engineering, biomechanics, and ergonomics . Ability to interpret engineering drawings, models, and requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to anthropometric analysis and digital human modeling tools . Familiarity with aircraft systems or aerospace environments . Experience supporting systems integration, test, or validation activities . BI03Pay:
