Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent work experience. Proficient summarizing data and creating charts in Excel, building presentations in PowerPoint. Experience leading multiple projects that required coordination with people outside your immediate team (other departments, vendors or external groups). Experienced in analyzing data to identify the true root cause of a problem in addition to implementing countermeasures. Experience creating and presenting reports to multiple levels of management. 1+ year evaluating color and appearance of painted surfaces. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods to support projects. Ability to travel (up to 30%) to support NAMC competitiveness.
Nice to have:
Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, etc. TBP completed through panel Served as SME or internal auditor for North American
QR/QS/QH
process Project experience within Paint Pilot function 1+ years of experience in paint lab doing workability evaluations Basic Japanese language skills Basic Spanish language skills
Pay:
$50.00 - $58.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
