Job Description
Soldering Opportunity
- 1st shift
- $26/hour Personnel People

Key Responsibilities:
Solder through-hole components under a microscope Set up and break down feeders; load and scan feeders on pick-and-place equipment Load, unload, and scan PCBs on pick-and-place machines Place loose components onto printed circuit boards Set up, operate, and maintain surface mount equipment Collaborate effectively with team members in a respectful, team-oriented environmentQualifications:
Minimum 1 year of surface mount PCB assembly experience Strong knowledge of surface mount assembly processes Familiarity with assembly standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) Ability to identify electronic components Comfortable reading written and digital instructions Basic computer and machine operation skills Ability to operate manufacturing equipmentPay:
Up to $26/hour (based on experience)Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6am to 2:30pm or Monday- Friday 7:00
- 3:30pm
