Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with strong experience in plastic injection molding to support manufacturing operations, improve production processes, troubleshoot equipment and quality issues, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Molding/Process Technician, Die Setter, or Injection Molding Specialist and be comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor. A technical or engineering degree is highly preferred but not required for candidates with strong hands-on injection molding and process engineering experience Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with plastic injection molding . Experience in a Process Technician, Molding Technician, Process Engineer, Die Setter, or similar manufacturing role . Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, machine setup, startup/shutdown, and troubleshooting. Experience identifying and correcting molding defects and machine/process issues. Experience with robotic systems used in injection molding/manufacturing. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize molding processes and production equipment. Strong understanding of manufacturing quality and production requirements. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
