People • Customers • Trust We are seeking applicants for a Process Engineer in our International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. The International Falls facility is a White Paper Mill owned by Packaging Corporation of America.
Principle Responsibilities:
Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees in the areas of optimization, energy, cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation and operator training. Assignments will include completion of projects and development activities to prepare for operation and maintenance positions as vacancies occur. Work to enhance skill development while gaining orientation of various process areas.
Basic Qualifications:
BS Degree in engineering required (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Paper Science, or Environmental). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must have a current valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Co-op or Intern experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Starting salary range for position: $85,000 to $127,200. Paid Vacation. Paid Holidays. Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision - and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages. Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
