Job Description

Job Title:
Process Development Engineer Location:
Allenstown, NH Position Overview MRF is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Process Development Engineer role to provide advanced engineering solutions, acting as a subject matter expert in designing and building systems to solve the world's most advanced material processing challenges. The focus will be to research and develop innovative solutions, establish technical standards, identify potential issues, and oversee the implementation of new technologies. The Process Development Engineer will be a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in thermal processing. The individual requires the ability to lead complex technical projects and possesses advanced problem-solving abilities in finding innovative solutions to engineering challenges. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and engineering to align technical solutions with best practices for project execution.
Required Qualifications:
10 years engineering experience, with a demonstrated understanding of advanced engineering principles and methodologies 5 years experience in thermal processing preferred Bachelor's degree in engineering or materials science, Master's degree preferred Excellent communication skills and can relay technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Proficient in Solidworks or Inventor and creating P&ID's Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Compensation and Benefits:
