Job Description

LITHOGRAPHY PROCESS ENGINEER
The Role:
Must be on site in Hopewell Junction, NY Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship The Lithography Process Engineer will support the manufacturing tools required for OLED manufacturing process. This role must continually improve robust manufacturing processes and procedures to meet high performance and low defect targets. This role must sustain the manufacturing production line, train the production technicians and work with equipment and process teams on tool improvements. This engineer must be self-motivated and exhibit a high-level of interest in understanding and solving complex technical problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the production team and work side by side with them on the fabrication floor. Monitor, control, and qualify OLED (semiconductor) production equipment and processes. Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost. Review Statistical Process Control charts for process quality and react to Out-of-Control conditions including defect troubleshooting. Drive continuous improvement projects to lower costs and increase yield. Drive structured problem solving to understand root cause of scrap events and implement solutions to prevent recurrences. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet performance, yield and reliability targets. Communicate e ectively with multiple customer sets, including production, management and R D teams - this is crucial to succeeding in this position. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/chemical engineering or related discipline, required. 5+ years ASML Scanner / Stepper lithography engineering experience in semiconductor and/or OLED manufacturing industry production experience required. 15+ years ASML Scanner / Stepper lithography engineering experience in semiconductor and/or OLED manufacturing industry production experience preferred. Proficiency with statistical engineering methods, statistical process control, problem solving, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance requirements. Strong continuous improvement mindset, permanently driving to identify and eliminate waste and errors in business process, work procedures and instructions, work organization. Strong organizational skills demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs. Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and self-starter.
