Improve equipment and processes, implement automation opportunities, design tooling/fixtures as well as experience developing and executing capital expenditure plans on equipment and infrastructure projects in the manufacturing plant. We are looking for a Degreed Engineer in Mechanical, Chemical or Plastics Engineering that has 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility. This individual must and excellent communication, verbal and written skills, be versed in team building and lead from the front.
