In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on manufacturing performance, quality, productivity and cost while working closely with Operations, Quality, R&D and other functions. What you'll do Design and implement manufacturing processes and procedures. Develop and maintain process control systems. Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot process and equipment issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze process data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Support new processes, equipment and tooling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. Manufacturing/process engineering experience. Knowledge of process control and SPC. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies. Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across functions. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab and ERP systems such as SAP. Why join Suominen?
