Team:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Chemical) 3+ years of engineering experience in an industrial process Desire to grow toward operations, superintendent, or management roles Exposure to manufacturing safety and quality programs Experience in data analysis and computer applications systems Proven ability to identify opportunities and execute improvements Solid written and verbal communication skills Proficient in computer applications and data analysis Ability to meet aggressive deliverables and work in cross-functional teams Ability to occasionally travel (domestic and international) Strong technical and administrative skills Ability to pass a pre-employment physical exam Ability to work extended hours as necessary
Preferred:
Six Sigma/Lean/SPC experience, Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification Experience in polymer science or textile manufacturing
