Overview Join our innovative manufacturing team as a Process Technician and become a vital driver of production excellence! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment including, injection molding presses, and robotic systems to maintain optimal production flow. Program and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robot programming systems, and CNC programming to support automation initiatives. Perform machining tasks using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet strict tolerances. Engage in process improvement activities utilizing lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production processes. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment troubleshooting and clear parts. Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes along with related tooling and fabrication techniques. Ability to analyze data effectively using data analysis skills to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with

ISO 9001

standards and factory experience supporting quality management systems. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to perform equipment troubleshooting quickly under pressure.
