QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Strong knowledge of engineering design standards, permitting processes, and project delivery.
Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Preferred SkillsExpertise in civil site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
Experience working with public agencies and private development clients.
Strong technical review and quality assurance capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
