- Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Help ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Support procurement and material tracking activities.
- Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Internship or project experience is a plus but not required.
