  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to join our team and lead the successful execution of Woodwork construction projects from inception to completion.
In this role, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, oversee project schedules, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will drive project efficiency, foster collaboration, and deliver outstanding results on time and within scope. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update project schedules construction management software to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to coordinate project activities and resolve issues promptly. Assist in preparing detailed construction estimates utilizing construction estimating tools and techniques to support budgeting and resource allocation. Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Manage contract documentation, review change orders, and track project costs Monitor progress through site visits, inspections, and progress reports; identify potential delays or risks early and implement corrective actions. Facilitate effective communication across all project teams, maintaining accurate records of project activities, meetings, and updates. Skills Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and project scheduling techniques. Experience with construction site management including safety protocols, quality control, and site logistics. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently. Familiarity with contracts administration, change management, and legal considerations in construction projects. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
