Project Engineer Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in the integration of complex design build projects. You will act as the interface between our clients and project teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery. Responsibilities + Manage and coordinate project tasks, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives. + Utilize tools like Bluebeam and Excel for project management and documentation. + Engage with clients and subcontractors to facilitate project progress and address any issues. + Collaborate with team members across various groups, including Airport, Automotive, Food & Beverage, and more. + Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines. + Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, articulating project goals and progress. + Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn unique processes specific to our projects. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management. + 0-3 years of relevant experience in construction, mechanical, or project engineering. + Proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel. + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. + Excellent communication and social skills. + Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with AutoCAD is ideal. + Background in GC, subcontractor, or engineering is beneficial. + Teachability and willingness to learn new processes. + Comfortable stepping into a project management role. Work Environment This position is based in a modern office with state-of-the-art equipment, offering a laid-back culture where jeans and tennis shoes are the norm. You will travel to job sites out of state, averaging slightly more than one trip per month, with each trip lasting 1-2 nights. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $57.70/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
