  • What You Will Do Lead a team of 2 to 6 engineers, delegating tasks, managing workload, and mentoring junior staff through meaningful feedback and performance reviews Manage land development projects end to end including QA/QC, budget control, schedule management, and technical review of construction plans, cost estimates, and calculations Serve as the primary technical resource for your team, ensuring designs meet applicable criteria, client goals, and company quality standards Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, municipalities, and review entities Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing more efficient workflows Sign and seal drawings prepared under your supervision What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution 5+ years of civil engineering experience in land development Colorado PE License preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, utility design, and associated modeling software including Storm
CAD, CUHP, EPA
SWMM, and HEC-RAS Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly Familiarity with Colorado regulatory agencies and local review and approval processes A bit about us:
