We specialize in high-quality site civil design and land development services for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the region. Our team is dedicated to responsible design, technical excellence, and lasting client partnerships. Position Summary Position will work under guidance and supervision of a Project Manager (PM) and will be expected to coordinate with them on a regular basis to ensure that project and company objectives are being met. General responsibilities include but are not limited to: Site Civil Engineering design and permit submittal preparation and support for a variety of Land Development projects, software modeling and Engineering Report preparation, as well as coordination with governmental agencies, clients, and consultants to advance project objectives. Monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices and standards. Assists PM in monitoring work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices and standards and in ensuring effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants. Key Responsibilities- Responsible for performing engineering site designs, models, reports, permit applications, responses to agency comments, and certifications.
- Participates in engineering plan production.
- Manages assigned work tasks.
- Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.
- Formulate reports concerning work progress, costs, and scheduling.
