Job Description
You know the feeling when you're halfway through a project and realize you're only tracking schedules, chasing documents, and sitting on the sidelines? This is different. You'll be the engineer helping move refinery capital projects from scope development all the way through construction, commissioning, and startup•seeing your work become something real in the field. What you'll do: Lead project scope development, estimates, and execution plans for refinery capital projects Review engineering packages and work with EPC partners to make sure designs are practical and buildable Support construction and turnaround teams with technical decisions during installation and startup Coordinate with Operations, Reliability, Process, Electrical/Instrumentation, and Construction teams to keep projects moving Manage project costs, schedules, change orders, and contractor engineering support Help drive Management of Change (MOC) activities, including pre-startup safety reviews Provide the technical input that helps projects move from drawings to operating equipment What you get: You'll step into a long-term opportunity supporting major industrial projects with a schedule that gives you consistency•Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation is $63.54•78.54/hour, with per diem available for eligible candidates who need to travel. You'll be involved in the technical side of projects while still getting exposure to project management, construction, and startup.
